Hello SOS members. March brings us a time change on the 8th which means more evening hours to enjoy the activities planned for March. Hope to see you soon!

SOS Yard Sale Saturday, April 18th: We will be accepting donations of items to sell with all proceeds going to SOS. If you have things to donate, please hold onto them (no clothing or shoes please). Rich Oquendo will be able to pick up large items if needed. More details to come in the April newsletter.
March 2026 Events:
Wednesday, March 4th 5:30: Board meeting at Round Table Pizza on Browns Valley Parkway in Vacaville. All members are welcome to attend.
Sunday, March 8th 1:00: Art activity- Chalking with Christy. This is sponsored by Women of the Moose and is located at the Vacaville Moose Lodge (6585 Gibson Canyon Rd.). Bring a potluck dish. $20 donatio. Contact Denise Stanley at 707-803-7059 to secure your spot.
Tuesday, March 10th 5:00: Dinner at Ayame Sushi (2046 Nut Tree Rd., Ste. A, Vacaville). RSVP to Rich at 707-628-3148 by March 6th.
Thursday, March 12th 12:00 Noon: Luck O’ the Irish luncheon sponsored by the city of Fairfield: Adult Recreation. Tickets $10 at www.fairfield.ca.gov/events. Tickets go fast so get your ticket by March 1st.
Friday, March 13th 10:00 a.m.: Lunch at Café at the Inn (145 East D St., Benicia). Carpools can be arranged. RSVP to Dennis at 707-688-5333 by March 10th.
Thursday, March 19th 5:00: Dinner at the Olive Garden (100 Nut Tree Pkwy., Vacaville). RSVP to Lena at 707-365-4632 by March 16th.
Wednesday, March 25th 5:00: Dinner at Guesto’s (201 Travis Blvd., Fairfield). RSVP to Anita at 707-438-9564 by March 22nd.
Saturday, March 28th: Meet at Alamo Park at 9:00 to walk. At 10:00 a.m., continue onto Pure Grain Bakery (11 Town Square Pl., Vacaville). If you don’t want to walk, meet at Pure Grain at 10:00. RSVP to Rich by March 26th at 707-628-3148.
