MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD
Dear SOS members. We hope this newsletter finds you well. Renewal letters went out in April via US Mail. Our Spring picnic is Sunday, June 1st at Lagoon Valley Park. See details about the picnic below. Hope to see you soon!
June 2025 Events:
Sunday, June 1st 11:00-2:00: Picnic at Lagoon Valley Park. Bring a chair and a potluck dish to share. Hamburgers and hot dogs with fixings will be provided. Note: There is a small fee to park at Lagoon Valley Park. RSVP to Connie at 707-474-2670 by May 28th.
Tuesday, June 3rd 5:30: SOS Board meeting at Round Table Pizza on Browns Valley Parkway in Vacaville. All members are welcome to attend.
Sunday, June 8th 1:00: Wine bottle bead class at the Moose Lodge (6585 Gibson Canyon Rd., Vacaville). $20/person. Food provided but feel free to bring a dish to share. Contact Denise at 707-803-7059 for details and tickets.
Wednesday, June 11th 5:30: Dinner at Yo Sushi’s (2091 Harbison Dr., Vacaville). RSVP to Lena at 707-365-4632 by June 9th,
Friday, June 13th 9:00 a.m.: Brunch at Pure Grain (11 Town Square Place, Vacaville). RSVP to Rich at 707-628-3148 by June 11th.
Wednesday, June 18th 5:30: Dinner at Boudin (1620 E. Monte Vista Ave., Vacaville). RSVP to Rich at 707-628-3148 by June 16th.
Saturday, June 28th 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Chillin’ and Grillin’- This is a free family friendly event in Dixon on 1ststreet featuring a massive car and truck show, rib cook-off, live music, and delicious food. No RSVP required.
Creekwalk Concert Series: Starting June 20th and running through August 1st from 6:30-9:30 every Friday at Creekwalk Plaza in Vacaville.
Town Square Music Series Vacaville: Starting Thursday, April 17th, Vacaville’s music series at Town Square begins. This free event is every Thursday from 5-8 p.m.
