October 2026 Events:
Wednesday, October 7 at 5:30: Board meeting at Round Table Pizza on Browns Valley Parkway in Vacaville. All members are welcome to attend.
Saturday, October 10 11:00-2:00: Fall picnic at Lagoon Valley Park (1 Pena Adobe Rd., Vacaville). Hamburgers and hot dogs provided. Bring a dish to share and a chair. RSVP to Dianna by October 7 at 712-269-7441.
Wednesday, October 14 at 5:00: Dinner at Gordito’s (1025 Oliver Rd., Fairfield). RSVP to Linda Bright by October 9 at 707-688-1826.
Sunday, October 18 1:00-4:00: Halloween dance at the Moose Lodge (6585 Gibson Canyon Rd., Vacaville). $20 per person at the door. Taco bar will be provided. Optional: Bring a salad or dessert to share. Music and dancing to music provided by DJ Adams. Costumes optional. Raffle: We will be raffling off free one-year SOS memberships. Must be present to win. Free membership will start when the previous membership expires.
Sunday, October 25 11:00: “Goodbye to Summer” brunch at Rich’s house (857 Sage Dr., Vacaville). Bring a dish to share. RSVP to Rich by October 22 at 707-628-3148.
